Zoom MapThe Reserve at Huacas – one of Costa Rica’s best investment opportunities!
Many investors believe Costa Rica’s north Pacific coast is one of the best areas to invest: superior weather patterns, numerous national parks, secluded beaches, virgin rainforests, spectacular sunsets, world-class spa treatments, abundant wildlife and adventure activities of every kind.

The Reserve is near the crossroads town of Huacas, central to all of the area’s most sought-after shopping, dining, medical and recreational amenities.

Nearby Flamingo Beach, long known as an upscale American enclave, is located approximately 5 miles away. Locals and tourists alike agree that the Flamingo area has some of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica. The Reserve at Huacas is conveniently located near Flamingo area beaches yet is not right in the middle of the beachfront bustle and crowds.

"People love the ocean but often don’t want to be right in the middle of the beach scene. The Reserve at Huacas is one of the last affordable, unspoiled ocean view properties in all the world. God is not making any more real estate like this."
– Bill Dalton, Managing Director

In short, The Reserve’s dramatic location combined with its convenient location makes for a fantastic place to build your vacation home or to lock down an investment for potential future returns.

Travel Details
North American travelers to Costa Rica appreciate accessibility with no jet lag. The Liberia International Airport in Costa Rica is only 2.5 hours from Miami and 3.5 hours from Atlanta and Dallas. Liberia is quickly becoming the International Airport of choice in Costa Rica (over older San Jose) as it affords much easier access to the most beautiful beach areas in Costa Rica.

More than 30 direct flights are available daily from U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, New York, and Atlanta. Such accessibility has increased demand in the past ten years for Costa Rica real estate. Situated in the Central Standard time zone, Costa Rica time varies by no more than two hours from any U.S. location.

Getting to The Reserve at Huacas is easy! Fly into Liberia and drive for 30 minutes on paved roads (you can rent a car from companies like Dollar, Budget, National or Thrifty or you can take a taxi for about $30).

Many resorts in Costa Rica require taking additional “puddle jumper” flights, maneuvering dirt roads or driving up to 4 hours once you get there.

Not the Reserve!

Once you compare other developments and what you have to go through to get there, you’ll be convinced that one of the keys to your future property value at the Reserve is location and accessibility.

If you have more time and wish to explore some of Costa Rica’s scenery, you can drive to the Arenal Volcano and Lake with spectacular views and world class Hot Spring Spas like Tabacon.

Weather
The Reserve at Huacas is in the northern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. Located at approximately nine degrees latitude, the weather is tropical year round. Temperatures don’t vary much month to month (75 to 85 degrees F). There are two predominant seasons. June through November is the winter or rainy season. Mornings and early afternoons are sunny with rain showers occurring in the late afternoons and evenings. There are few days during this season in which it actually rains all day. Temperatures are generally in the cooler range during these months. December through May is considered summer or the dry season. Rain may occur from time to time, but the weather is generally dry and slightly warmer than the rainy season.
