Bill has more than 30 years of business experience. Bill has a long history with Costa Rica real estate. He moved to Costa Rica four years ago with the goal of creating world-class, master planned oceanfront developments on the Pacific coast. The Reserve at Huacas is a key part of his vision for the northern Pacific zone. Bill is a full-time resident of Costa Rica. |
