Master Plan Facts
Over 130 lots are now identified in Phase One. The first 43 lots in Phase One have now been released for sale.
All lot sizes are 5,000 sq. mt. (approx. 1.23 acres). Pricing is driven mainly by the lot's view & its location within the development. Note that lot prices are anticipated to increase once the first 20 lots are under contract.
